Carol's Purple Crusaders

Wage Hope to end pancreatic cancer

This year marks our sixth year at Purple Stride where we will once again be honoring the memory of our beloved Mom, Carol Kulok.  This event was very special to her, and one that she looked forward to for the two years she was able to participate.  The love and support she was able to share and receive brought comfort to during her fight.  Our mom lost her fight to pancreatic cancer on September 3, 2016.  One of the last things she said to us what the wished she could "do the walk".  We made her a promise then that we would continue to walk for her, and all those still fighting, and never give up on finding a cure.

Carol refused to let this awful disease rob her of her happiness.  Whether she was having a "good" day, or was very sick, Carol always found a reason to be happy.  She always felt she was blessed with far more than she deserved, so she spent every moment of her life trying to share those blessings with everyone around her.

Our Mom was a strong warrior to the very end.  Her courage, strength, compassion, and love was spread to everyone who came in contact with her up to her final breath.  She continues to inspire us all, even after her passing.  She is truly loved and adored by so many and is terrible missed by all.  Mom was fearless in her faith and we know she is celebrating with the angels.

Our team is raising money in support of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network by participating in Purple Stride.

Please make a donation today in honor of Carol and all those that have passed, as well as those that are bravely fighting!
