Wage Hope to end pancreatic cancer

Friends, pancreatic cancer is a wicked illness.  It sneaks up and as fast as it goes, it doesn't go easily.  We need a better way to find it early.  We need a better strategy overall for confronting cancer of all kinds.  We need more money going to dogged and creative researchers.  I'm committing to this walk to raise my circle's awareness of the illness and to raise some money to break into a real solution.  That's what it takes.

Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 9%. Only about half of people diagnosed with it will survive the first year.  My mom had only weeks.  I know some of you have a similar story about someone you love.  I've heard a few of those stories.  I walk for you and yours, too.

Our team has stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Will you help us change the story of this disease by making a donation today?

Every dollar that you donate ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to create better outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. By donating to our team, you are supporting vital efforts to DOUBLE pancreatic cancer survival by 2020.
