After a courageous fight with pancreatic cancer, Don Sprague parted this world on October 12, 2018 at the age of 70.
A beloved father, husband, grandfather, brother, son, friend, neighbor, Vietnam War veteran, and man, Don touched countless of lives with his kindness, charm, humor, smile, laughter and love. Many families will forever remember Don especially during the holiday season as “Santa” who selflessly paid a special visit to countless children in hospitals, community centers, childcare facilities, and homes to brighten up their days.
We hope that you can join us in honoring his memory and legacy by raising awareness and funds to fight pancreatic cancer.
Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 9%. This deadly disease has stolen our best and our brightest, but it can’t take away our determination.
Every dollar donated ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to create better outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. By donating to our team, you are supporting vital efforts to double pancreatic cancer survival by 2020.
