Pancreatic cancer has hit our family hard this year. The Rhodes family patriarch, Roger, was diagnosed in January 2018, and while the news wasn't what any family wants to hear, we continue to be inspired by Roger's ongoing courageous fight against this terrible disease.
Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 9%. This deadly disease has stolen our best and our brightest, but it can’t take away our determination.
This year, the Rhodes family and friends have stepped up to wage hope at PurpleStride, the walk and bike ride to end pancreatic cancer. Our team, "Roger's Roadies" will be biking, walking, and running to raise money in hopes that one day no other family has to carry the burden of pancreatic cancer. We need your help to raise funds to support the research to find a cure.
Every dollar that you donate ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to create better outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. By donating to our team, you are supporting vital efforts to double pancreatic cancer survival by 2020.
Purple ribbons aren’t enough. Please join us in the fight today. Will you help us rewrite the future of this disease by making a donation or joining our team today?
