This year we are walking in memory of a wife, aunt, sister, cousin and friend Diane Jacobs. She lived her life selflessly through care of others. She touched the lives of many through her positive outlook, generous heart and glowing personality. The world is a better place for having Diane in it, even if just for a short time. Diane was first in line to support and cheer us on during difficult times. We need to honor her memory by being the same light she was for so many. We need to continue her fight until we win the war! Join us in honoring Diane!
