Jog for Joe

Wage Hope to end pancreatic cancer

Thank you for supporting team Jog for Joe and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network through PurpleStride Philadelphia 2017! We are running and fundraising in honor of our father, Joe Schickling, who was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in August of 2013. After a long, hard, and incredibly strong battle, our father passed away in April of 2015 at the young age of only 53.

Pancreatic Cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers — just 8% survive five years. It is estimated that more than 53,000 people will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in the United States this year and approximately 72 percent of patients will die in the first year of diagnosis. You can help change these statistics. Please consider making a donation today to help in the efforts to double the survival rate for this deadly disease by 2020.  Thank you!

Win the Day!!!
