In late May, 2017, we were informed that my father had Pancreatic Cancer. At 81 years old, he was still active, working, and the strongest person I know. After months of battling this horrid disease and always reconfirming his strenght, my father lost his battle on January 5, 2018....his 82nd birthday. My father, Angel Prado, was the closest person to me. I don’t know if I will ever be spared the pain of losing him, but I know that I can do something positive with that pain. In his honor, I have chosen to help spread awareness and raise funds so that there can be a better chance for those battling or diagnosed in the future. I have created the team Angel’s Wings in honor of my dad. If you would like to walk/run with us, please join our team. Any contribution is appreciated to help bring an end to this deadly disease.
