Welcome to My Personal Page
Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 9%. This deadly disease has stolen our best and our brightest, but it can’t take away our determination.
In late 2013, my Mom received devastating news, she was told she didn't have much time left with us. A woman who had fought ovarian cancer for 20 years was now going to loose her battle to a different cancer in just 3 to 6 months, pancreatic.
We would spend the months ahead cherishing every minute of every day, spending it together, creating forever memories to keep in our hearts. We would have the most memorable Christmas, our gift to each other was quality family time with good food, lots of love and laughter.
Then in July 2014, I lost my forever bestfriend, my mentor, my inspiration, my heart, the strength of our family, the one who taught us unconditional love and so much more about life~My Mom. You think your parents are super heroes and live forever. I wish that were true. My Mom was a wife, nana, sister, and friend who was taken from us before her time, now she is our beautiful butterfly Guardian Angel.
I am beyond honored to take part in such an amazing cause. Please help us to find a cure for cancer. Let's give hope to those fighting this battle and their families
In remembrance of My Mom, Barbara Borham. We love you and miss you every day I was blessed to be your daughter and to have you as my Mom.
I’ve stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Will you help me rewrite the future of this disease by making a donation today?
Every dollar that you give ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. By donating today, you are supporting vital efforts to double pancreatic cancer survival by 2020.
