Welcome to My Personal Page
When you have a bar mitzvah, it is a tradition to do a mitzvah project. The word "mitzvah" means a good deed.
As part of my bar mitzvah preparation, it did not take long to decide what would be a good way for me to give back and do a good deed. In honor of my Grandma Marsha, on November 11th, I will be walking with my family and hundreds of other to raise money for PANCAN. The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is a charity that funds research, provides patient support, conducts community outreach, and advocates for increased federal funding for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
Grandma Marsha was 72 years old when she passed away in 2017 after fighting her battle with pancreatic cancer for 2 years. I loved her very much because she was so full of energy and always loved to laugh and have fun, whether we were in Florida, LBI or Livingston.
I couldn't save Grandma Marsha but I would like to raise money to try to help other people fight their battle with pancreatic cancer. I would really appreciate if you would join me in donating to this cause. Of course this is completely voluntary but every little bit helps. The website does allow your donation to be anonymous if you prefer.
Thank you so much!
