Welcome to My Personal Page
I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in February of 2017. Since then, I have been getting treatment at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, including chemotherapy, radiation and a clinical trial drug. A few months ago, I was told I am now a stage 4, which means my cancer has spread to other locations. I have been blessed to have a very supportive family and so many wonderful friends who encourage me every day. I am saying thank you by doing something proactive in the fight against this aggressive disease.
Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 9%. This deadly disease has stolen our best and our brightest, but it can’t take away our hope and determination.
I’ve stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Will you help me rewrite the future of this disease by making a donation today? Even better, come join my team and walk beside me!
Every dollar that you give/raise ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. By donating today, you are supporting vital efforts to double pancreatic cancer survival by 2020.
Purple ribbons aren’t enough. Please join me in the fight today.
