Help Nadine raise $1,000.00

In the last four years, three of my family members were diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. First, my Uncle Mashe who passed away in August 2015. Then, my father in law, Henry Rosendale, told us in March of 2016 that he had inoperable pancreatic cancer. He passed away in August 2016. These were two wonderful, loving, family-men in my life, who were struck down by this disease.

When my mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in the summer of 2016, you can imagine how frightened and devastated my family was. However, my mom's cancer was a little different from the others. Surgery was a possibility. My mom followed the doctors' instructions to a tee. She went through chemo, radiation, and more chemo. She had surgery in November 2016, followed by recovery time and then some more chemo. She is a survivor and an inspiration to us all.

I am walking in the Purple Stride in memory of Uncle Mashe, in memory of my father in law Henry Rosendale, and in support and honor of my mother Joan Block.

I've stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Will you help me rewrite the future of this disease by making a donation today?

Every dollar that you give ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. By donating today, you are supporting vital efforts to double pancreatic cancer survival by 2020.
